Membership Eligibility

1. She/he is a present beneficiary or likely to be beneficiary of the NGO/MFI.
2. His/her age is between 6 months to 65 years.
3. He/she does not have any disease/ deformity by birth.
4. She/he has understood the scheme details and is voluntarily agreeable to pay Rs. 250/- as Membership Fee per year and
5. She/he is an Indian resident.

Persons not eligible to be members:

• The diagnosis shows that he/she is HIV/AIDs positive and has related opportunistic disease.
• The diagnosis shows that the treatment sought is birth related.
• Persons (members) affected in large scale due to natural calamities and other unforeseen calamities.
